Refund Policy
Prism Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing services in Denham Springs, Walker, Baton Rouge, and surrounding Louisiana areas. Our services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detail packages, seat shampooing, steam cleaning, engine cleaning, and other vehicle restoration services.
Because detailing services are labor-based, time-reserved, and performed on-site, all sales are final once the service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your mobile car detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and determine whether a correction or re-clean is appropriate. Our priority is to ensure customers receive quality results from our interior and exterior detailing services.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued if a service was not completed as described or agreed upon. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle prior to service, including heavy dirt, stains, pet hair, smoke, or long-term neglect.
To maintain scheduling efficiency, we require at least 12–24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of deposit if one was required at booking.
Prism Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively dirty beyond agreed scope, or if accurate condition details were not provided prior to service.
By booking a service, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that detailing results depend on vehicle condition and service package selected.
